Almost there — three small things to put right

Moving dotsntots.com.sg onto Exabytes' nameservers worked, and the new website address is already in there. But moving nameservers rebuilds the whole DNS zone from scratch, and a few records didn't survive the trip — including the one that tells the internet where your email goes. Everything below is a direct comparison between your old records and your new ones, read live from the internet. Please do number 2 before number 3.

1 Where to make these changes

Good news — it's all one company now. Vodien and the cPanel Zone Editor no longer control anything for this domain.

Your domain is now answered by ns213 / ns214 / ns215.mschosting.com — those are Exabytes' nameservers. Log in to your Exabytes account → Domains → dotsntots.com.sg → DNS Management / DNS Zone Editor.
Registrar — same company

The domain is registered here too, in the name of DOTS 'N' TOTS INTERIOR PTE. LTD. — so one login covers both. Renewal date 7 March 2027.
No longer relevant: the cPanel Zone Editor on v22089909.sin01.serveradd.com, and the old Vodien DNS panel. Neither is connected to the live domain any more. Ignore both.

2 Do this FIRST — put the email record back

This is the urgent one. Your MX record — the record that tells the world where to deliver your email — came across pointing at the wrong place.

Why this matters: your old records sent email to mail.dotsntots.com.sg, which is your mail server. The new ones send it to dotsntots.com.sg — the website address, which now points at two different servers, one of which is the new web server and does not handle email. Some of your incoming mail is already being delayed because of this, and it would stop completely once step 3 is done. Fixing this first makes step 3 completely safe.

3 Then remove the leftover website record

The new address was added rather than replacing the old one, so the domain currently has two website addresses and visitors are being sent to both at random. Delete the old one — keep the new one.

Careful: there is also a record called mail.dotsntots.com.sg with the value 101.100.194.184. Do not delete that one — it is your mail server and it must stay. Only the one whose Host is the bare domain (dotsntots.com.sg or @) gets removed.

4 Records that went missing in the move

These existed in your old DNS and are simply not in the new zone. Webmail is the one you'll notice — the others are cPanel tools that will quietly stop resolving. All of them are plain A records pointing at your existing hosting server.

5 Do NOT touch these

These came across correctly. Leave every one of them exactly as it is — they're listed so you can recognise them and not "tidy them up".

6 What happens next

  1. Save the changes above. They start reaching the internet within minutes, and are fully everywhere within about 4 hours.
  2. Tell us you've saved them — a screenshot of the DNS records screen is ideal, and we'll check every record for you rather than you having to.
  3. We verify from our side, switch on the SSL security certificate for dotsntots.com.sg, and the new site goes live on your own domain — same day.
  4. Your old hosting and mailboxes stay exactly where they are and keep running, so this is reversible at any point.
Until step 3 is done, some visitors to dotsntots.com.sg will see an error page. That's the two-website-addresses problem above, and it clears the moment the old record is removed.
