We spent months searching for the right interior designer for our BTO renovation, but Lavoy Ong from Dots'N'Tots immediately stood out from the crowd. Long before we even signed any contract, Lavoy went above and beyond to impress us. He provided us with detailed 3D design drafts and spent a significant amount of time patiently discussing various layout plans with us. His dedication and passion left such a strong, lasting impression that months before receiving our keys, we were already 100% set on engaging him as our ID and paid the initial deposit. Making that decision early gave us plenty of time to refine the designs and fine-tune every detail, which led to a smooth, expedited renovation process later on. Throughout the actual renovation, Lavoy’s communication was top-notch. He constantly kept us updated on progress and was always there to offer practical, sound advice whenever we faced decision dilemmas—always keeping our lifestyle and budget in mind. In the end, our house turned out exactly the way we had envisioned, and we couldn't be happier with the result! Even when a couple of minor post-renovation carpentry issues popped up, Lavoy was quick to respond and had them promptly rectified without any hassle. If you are looking for a reliable, dedicated, and truly client-centric interior designer, we cannot recommend Lavoy highly enough! Thank you, Lavoy and the Dots'N'Tots team!
What our homeowners say.
Real words from real clients after their renovation handover. Every project starts with a conversation — if you're evaluating us, let these be part of that conversation.

We had a great experience working with our ID Alson throughout our home renovation. He took the time to understand our lifestyle and preferences, and translated our ideas into a beautiful and functional home. What impressed us most was his creativity and eye for design. He came up with thoughtful ideas and practical solutions that we would never have considered ourselves, making the most of every corner of our home while maintaining a clean and cohesive look. His ability to balance aesthetics with functionality resulted in a space that is not only stylish but also perfectly suited to our daily needs. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. Every detail was completed to a high standard, from the carpentry to the final touches, with excellent craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail throughout. The finishing was neat and precise, and the overall quality of the renovation was exceptional.
Our ID Joseph was very patient throughout the entire project, accommodating our requests and revisions professionally and promptly. He consistently communicated well, met our project deadline as promised, and was always willing to help with any changes we needed along the way. We appreciate his dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering a quality outcome. Highly recommended.
We had a great experience working with Lavoy for our first home renovation. The entire project was completed within just 2 months, and throughout the journey, Lavoy was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. He was always available to answer our questions and gave us a lot of assurance, which made the renovation process much less stressful. One thing we really appreciated was his honesty and professionalism. We were keen on having a cement screed floor, and Lavoy took the time to explain the potential downsides and maintenance considerations. Even after understanding the risks, we decided to proceed, and we're so glad we did—the end result turned out beautifully and we're very happy with it. Lavoy also did an excellent job helping us maximize our storage space with practical and thoughtful design solutions. As first-time homeowners, we found his guidance invaluable. He accompanied us during tile and lighting selections, offering practical advice and helping us make informed decisions. He was especially detailed when planning the lighting layout, switch placements, and overall functionality of the space, ensuring everything was well thought out and suited to our daily needs. We also appreciated his advice on the kitchen carpentry design. He took the time to understand our lifestyle and requirements, helping us create a kitchen that was both functional and efficient without compromising on aesthetics. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the renovation process and the final outcome. Lavoy's expertise, patience, attention to detail, and dedication gave us confidence throughout the entire journey. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy interior designer.
Engaged ID Tommy for my home renovation and had a very positive experience throughout the process. He did an excellent job recommending tiles, carpentry works, and vinyl flooring that suited both the design and practicality of the space. His product knowledge was very impressive, he explained things in great detail since he worked directly with the suppliers and contractors himself. Most importantly, everything was completed within the agreed timeline with smooth coordination from start to finish. Issues were also rectified as soon as possible. Overall, Tommy was responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the project. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced interior designer.
