We had already prepared ourselves for the usual renovation stress, so when a few post-handover issues showed up, I expected a long battle. Instead, Ryan came in, looked through everything carefully, and dealt with the problems one by one without making us feel like we were asking for too much. What I appreciated most was that he focused on fixing things properly, not just quickly. After a few visits, the space finally felt finished and settled.

Alex kept the project moving even though the timeline was tight and there were public holidays in between. That alone was impressive, but what we appreciated even more was how responsive he remained throughout. Messages were answered, updates were clear, and the workmanship from the team came together well. He made the entire process feel much less stressful than we expected.

What made DnT stand out is their post hand-over team. The Reno itself had the expected challenges around schedule and outcomes. However, the team that took charge after hand-over is just great. They listened to our input. They took it in and worked on getting it to our satisfaction. No arguing or defending a certain contractor’s work. Just focused on matching our expectations. Want to mention *Ryan* who leads that team and goes out of his way to correct, amend, enhance the work of the contractors. Ryan and his team managed the additional work very cleanly, with minimal disruption considering we had moved in. Scheduling, execution, clean-up all done swiftly and very well. Overall it’s 5 stars thanks to Ryan’s and crew.

If you’re looking for a sincere ID, Janice is the one (at least for me). She’s kind, soft spoken, listens and tries best to accommodate to my requirements and is there to reply to my queries anytime. I love how my house has transformed so much with Janice’s help and expertise! After service is also good. We are truly delighted to have worked with Victoria. The idea was to create a space-saving home with multifunctional furniture while giving the whole room a beautiful edge.
