Keith Lio was my ID in charge of renovating my kitchen roofing, kitchen floors and cabinets , 2 bathrooms, ceiling overhaul for level 2 and outdoor utility area, electrical rewiring, installation of new lighting ( 2- storey inter terrace house). He has good follow up and made many trips to site to ensure the various stages of works were co- ordinated correctly and in time. He has great management of schedule and is always flexible to suit my schedule as well. When we encountered obstacles, he is always there to suggest alternatives. I never had to feel anxious about the whole project because he has the sense of responsibility to ensure things are done to my satisfaction. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable to say the least. Any disagreements were totally dissipated after his explanations and reasonings. He has a good eye for colours as well so when I had difficulties planning wall paint colour scheme, Keith gladly took over the catalogue and selected colours to blend with the overall theme of the house. Keith is mindful of my tight budget and is always there to keep me in check. And for that I’m very grateful. Both Keith and his boss Tommy have been very professional and warm throughout and I will definitely use their services again.

Jun from Dots N Tots is quick, very responsive and give valuable advices on our plant & tree selections at our bungalow front & back yard area. He is very accommodating to our changes and have flexibility to suit our landscaping schedules. His team was always on time & finished the tasks neatly and efficiently. Even after the completion of our landscape, Jun is still very supportive to answer all the questions on how to take care & maintain of our plants & trees. We are extremely happy with the complete garden transformation. Excellent service was provided. Having gone through nearly 10 ID firms, Joseph from Dots N Tots was a clear choice from the start. At the first meeting, he was able to advise us pros and cons of our suggested designs of our 4rm BTO and alternative solutions to those cons. He had a portfolio of photos of his previous projects which allowed us to have a clear understanding of what he is trying to explain. Throughout the renovation journey, he was very prompt in responding to queries and always keeps us updated on the work progress. Defect rectification at the end was a smooth one as they were handled almost instantly within the same week. He definitely made this renovation journey a smooth one. I just wanna say thank you to Natalie as she did a really good job making my house very beautiful. We are very satisfied with her service and dedication of the entire process. She was very patient to listen to us if there were any changes to be made and always suggest what makes a better outcome.. We had just finished our renovation and are pleased with the result. Thanks to Alson for his design and creativeness. We had approached couples of id and all of them have asked for pictures of our house and make minor changes but Alyson has never asked, instead he just asked for the main theme / style we want for the home and he incorporated into his design, the result came out to be fantastic. He is bold and dare to think out of the box, he has helped to transform our HDB house to a cosy relax wine and dine home!
