Very pleased with Dots ‘N’ Tots especially my ID - Ryan for renovating my first house... giving their professional advice and option! Despite the Covid-19 period, they still managed to complete my house with a reasonable time! My wife and myself are very happy with our new house! Well Done!

We chanced upon Alson after visiting 2 other firms along tradehub. He's easy to talk to and we instantly click! It was an easy decision handing him the project to our home. Though there were hiccups, he's fast to rectify. The workmanship of his tilers, carpentry and electrician are good too! The team are professional and we especially love the tiling works done to our home (special thanks to tiler Mr Huang) . All in all, it was a pleasant and stress free reno journey with Alson and his team. Highly recommend Alson for his out of box ideas and impeccable service!

would like to write a review for Ryan even though I didn't proceed with him! I think Ryan is a very sincere ID, who is very cautious with his proposals. He truly listens to what we wants, considers if what we want is feasible, and explains to us how he will build certain areas in our home. Even though I did not proceed with him, it does not mean at all he is poor at doing what he is doing! it is due purely to personal preferences. but definitely, if you are renovating your home, do head to dots and tots and look for Ryan for his quote and inputs.

Keith was recommended to me by a friend. It was a last min job with a short time line, which he managed to complete in time. Keith is responsive with text and calls, and is patient in explaining small details to me. As with all renovation processes, there were some miscommunication errors, but Keith was always available and quick to rectify. He listens to all of my ideas and did his best to accommodate to all my requests. Thanks Keith, will definitely work with you again.

Finally moved into my new place last week! Janice did a great job; if not because she came in to rescue our project, we would not have been able to move in a timely manner. She's very patient and professional with us, and easy to work with. She comes up with viable solutions to the various problems along the way, and looked into many details of the project to make sure things went smoothly. Thanks Janice! You are really a God-send!

Kudos to our ID - Kelvin Eu for a smooth renovation. Highly recommended 👏🏼 We were introduced to Kelvin by a friend who previously worked with him in their 2nd house renovation project. As described by our friend, Kelvin is very calm & patient in every situation, which is very important in our opinion. He is very experience and responsive to all of our enquiries. Kelvin dealt with hiccups professionally and calmly. Working with Kelvin we felt we're listened and understood. All of our requirements are beautifully executed and if it is not workable, Kelvin would highlight to us with clear reasons, pros and cons. Dots N Tots workmanship also very good. We will definitely recommend Kelvin to our friend if they need renovation!

I would like to say thank you to my Interior Designer, Edmund Lim and his awesome team in our home renovation. Edmund has been very responsible and helpful with all our requests. He always propose his ideas and give us some professional advises on our home designs. Even thought there is hiccups here and there but he always fast respond and rectify the problem fast.
