It has been our pleasure to work with Raymond Yee from Dots N Tots. We have just completed paint touch up for our 5-room BTO at Bidadari. Prior to our meeting with Raymond, we consulted several IDs, however none of them could match up. In retrospect, going with Raymond was probably one of the best decisions we made for our home. Throughout the renovation process, Raymond was professional, accountable, and trustworthy. He kept us in the loop through every step of the process and was extremely patient in understanding our design and budget considerations. He managed to achieve exactly what we wanted, at a very reasonable cost. He is also very experienced and ably comes up with creative solutions for the various issues that resulted from the our unit floorplan and our own desired designs. Raymond is also very responsive, and replies very quickly to the messages we send, patiently answering all our questions (even those that we have asked before). He is also not afraid to get his hands dirty and whenever he is over at our house, will never fail to take a close look at something that we mention in passing, even fixing it himself. We would definitely recommend Raymond to family and friends with confidence, and we are very grateful to him for our lovely home!

For anyone out there who needs a honest and professional designer, we wish to recommend Jason Quek to you. Finding a reliable renovation contractor is always difficult but we were lucky enough to find Dots N Tots. Although the process took longer then anticipated due to the Covid situation, we managed to overcome the journey together through open and transparent communication.
It was lucky for us to meet and work with Jason Quek. He is able to design for us a home that suits our interest and work within budget. He will advice what is needed. The quality given by dots n tots are also very good. Definitely something my husband and I are happy about

Keith and Alson are very easy to work with. Appointed them to renovate my old one bedder with quite a lot of wet work and carpentry. They are very professional and responsible and helped us complete the project within a reasonable time frame. Big thumbs up to Wayne and his mentor, Jason. They took over before CNY 2022 and completed the renovation before end Feb 22 as per request. Great advice along the way and stay very committed to the project. No major surprises and helpful through out renovation period. Constant update is provided and even advise on money saving areas. Way to go, Wayne n keep up your good attitude and make full use of Jason to learn as much as he teaches.

From our initial consultation to the final touches inclusive of follow up, Alson has demonstrated professionalism throughout. Alson's ability to understand our vision of having a comfort home and translate it into reality is truly commendable. What impresses us most is Alson's ability to think and offer multiple solutions should we encountered obstacles during the renovation. The layout design for the living room, master bedroom and kitchen is functionable and aesthetically pleasing. Thus, we find ourself including the kids enjoying every moment spent in our new home, whether it's relaxing in the cozy living area or retreating back to the master bedroom. Last but not least despite 3 months after the completion of the renovation and where there are defects surfacing, Alson is also quick to provide support by making arrangement to resolve it without much hassle and at no cost. Dots n tots WESLEY Is the best ID I have ever come across, did up our home exactly just as we hoped and envisioned. The drawings looked good, and I couldn’t imagine that the final actual works turned out even much better than the drawings.
